We are looking for a
E-Commerce Specialist
The E-commerce associate monitors and manages all commercial transactions of Manila Hearing Aid E-Commerce platform and others such as Lazada, MHA Online, Online Battery Hotline
KEY TASKS AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reports to the Sales Head in all online sales transactions and processes
- Ensures on-time delivery of all orders online to the customers
- Works closely with Marketing in the development of visually appealing, accurate, and up to date content of the online stores.
- Coordinates with supply chain team in the availability, packaging, and shipment of orders online to the consumers
- Monitors online sales report and analyzes sales performance across all available online channels of MHA
- Tap potential leads to grow online business of MHA
- Provide insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
- Works with Social Media Specialist and Telemarketing in ensuring proper implementation of MHA online campaigns
- Supporting the team with any ad-hoc requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
- Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Able to work independently and within a team
PREFERABLY WITH THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION AND CREDENTIALS:
- Has knowledge and a good understanding of the E-commerce management platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee
- 1+ year’ experience with website maintenance and reporting from a similar background
- Experience with content, product & inventory management
- Experience in customer service industry
